A leaf of a specific thickness can be exchanged once, without giving reasons, for a leaf of a different thickness within 14 days.

This one-time exchange policy also applies to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery. LnK covers the return shipping costs within Germany. Unfortunately, LnK cannot cover return shipping costs for customers outside of Germany under this exchange policy (one-time LnK exchange policy for reeds for wind instruments).

Unfortunately, double reeds (oboe reeds) cannot be exchanged and are excluded from the exchange program.
